Tahini dressing recipe (quick, easy, oil-free)

INGREDIENTS This recipe is a go-2 of mine. I love it because it’s oil free and can be considered a totally raw salad dressing recipe. -1/3-cup well-stirred tahini (Middle Eastern sesame paste) -1/4 cup plus 1-tablespoon fresh lemon juice -1-tablespoon t nutritional yeast -2 garlic cloves, chopped -2 teaspoon of Bragg’s amino acids (soy sauce) -1/4-teaspoon honey (optional) -Black pepper (optional) Add water to obtain desired consistency For best results I recommend blending in a nutra bullet or vita-mix.
